41st Watsonville Fly-In and Air Show The 41st Annual Watsonville Fly-In and Air Show was held during Memorial Weekend, May 27-29, 2005. Friday is officially the first day of the show, with a pyrotechnics show by several of the air show performers. Saturday morning opened up with fog, which most likely kept a number of aircraft away, but the show continued pretty close to schedule, with the sun finally burning through by late afternoon. although I didn't attend Sunday's show, I'm told the weather cooperated for a perfectly clear day. As usual, I try not to duplicate too many of the same planes each year. The backgrounds in some of these pictures show much more than what I could post.
