Wings Over Wine Country 2002 The Pacific Coast Air Museum located at the Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, held their 12th Annual Air Show during the weekend of August 24-25, 2002. The majority of the aircraft on display were from the museum and its membership, with additional aircraft from around California helping to round out the warbird contingency. With the ramp extended this year, a wider viewing area was welcomed by the many spectators that came for the air show. Performances by F-16 and F-18 fighters, definitely woke this small town up. Closing the show, warbirds made single, and formation passes. Most of these pictures are of static aircraft, as the sun was directly behind the aircraft, during the later part of this event.
