Golden
West EAA Regional Fly-In 2004
June
18-20th saw quite a turnout of experimentals and
homebuilts at the annual EAA Golden West Fly-In
and Air Show at the Yuba County Airport in
Marysville CA. Weather was nice but a bit hot at
times for people like me that are use to fog.
Aircraft attendance was probably around 350
aircraft, and the exhibitors numbered around 80.
There were 100 forums held during the three-day
event, with talks covering about every aspect of
aviation. A full air show was flown during the
weekend, with a special emphasis on Warbirds
during Sunday's show. This of course, is just a
small sampling of the aircraft on hand. If you
have any additional information or corrections
