Colusa Old-Time Fly-In 2004 The Colusa Airmans Association held their eighth annual Old-Time Fly-In on July 17th, and were very pleased with the turnout of over 100 aircraft. This event starts in the morning with a free pancake breakfast for pilots and their passengers. Thereafter comes a big raffle, followed by lunch which can bring in a new flock of planes. Hamburgers and hotdogs compliment this homemade barbeque lunch, and this too is followed with a big raffle of everything from rice and almonds to fuel, oil, or a glider ride. Colusa Airport is located north of Sacramento and brought in a nice variety of aircraft. If you have any additional information or corrections for these pictures, let me know. There is text attached to all the photographs. All photographs were taken by Roger Cain (NC 148). These photographs posted on 8-01-04 |
