Seaplane Splash-In 2003 During the weekend of September 26-28, Seaplanes from around the Western U.S. converged on Clearlake for the Annual Seaplane Splash-In. Sponsored by the Western Seaplane Pilots Asssociation (WSPA) and NorCal Aviation, this event went off without a hitch at Lakeport, CA. Weather was beautiful as you can see in these pictures, and the turnout of aircraft was close to 30. Those without water wings landed at nearby Lampson Airport and were shuttled over. NCC AAHS members at this event included John and Erline Goodman (NC 83), William and Tillie Larkins (NC 5 & 306), and Paul and Marilyn Siebert (NC 203).
